Corporate History A & R Constructors, LLC was formed by Richard Blalock, in March 2003. Since that time we have been privileged to work on some distinguished projects involving all aspects of infrastructure of several subdivisions in and around the southern region of Louisiana. A & R Constructors, LLC is a construction company licensed to perform municipal and public works and building construction in the state of Louisiana and Mississippi. A & R Constructors, LLC is the parent company of Dynamic Enterprises, LLC of Zachary since March 2007 and was formed to execute and manage of all residential construction.
A & R Constructors, LLC will provide professional project management and construction services to insure project success for our clients by developing in an economical, timely, and work safe manner while maintaining the highest levels of quality and standards. As well as controlling project budget, schedule and safety, A & R Constructors, LLC will provide the highest level of quality and project success for our clients through the use of its proven corporate standards and procedures.
A & R Constructors, LLC provides experienced, professional, project management and construction services in a team effort with all clients. Team work will result in completing projects safely, in a timely manner and will insure clients that we will focus on staying within the budget of the job performed. We also ensure the clients that all construction managers and superintendents are familiar with and enforce all OSHA and environmental regulations and guidelines. This is accomplished with daily safety discussions and weekly tool box safety meetings. We provide a final construction package that will insure the reduction of overall cost and scheduling. We believe that maintaining constant communication with our employees gives them a chance to express their concerns and questions that upper management can guide, assist, and work as a team. This will help to complete jobs in a professional atmosphere for not only our clients but all of our team members. We believe that team work encourages and increases moral that creates a healthy atmosphere and work environment that helps to ensure quality work. We provide Home Office support and staff personnel as needed. |
